This session is designed to be completed on the range, in the practice area, or anywhere you can safely swing a club. You don't need to hit a ball -- this session focuses on swing-only work.

The session gives you an insight into speed training and how we can train the body to move more efficiently, generate greater speed, and ultimately create more distance.
